    Wonderful job! You are in amazing shape. Such control. I must say though… My wrists and elbows are hurting just watching you do this. :-( I need to strengthen my joints before I can do push ups and yoga again. I miss those things SOOO much! But I’m having such sharp pain anytime I put any weight on my R-wrist. Any tips?

    Hello! Have you ever tried – fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
