    @gonzakev3 Add rotational movements to your routine.

  3. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @71dutch This isn’t a workout program. This is just a demonstration of 15 different exercises that target the abdominal musculature. There are more than 90 workouts on my channel that are designed to reduce body fat. Reducing your body fat is the key to exposing the muscles of the midsection.

  4. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @MrSunshineSOS If it hurts, don’t do it. The most effective exercise to develop abdominal musculature is the hanging leg raise. Do that — unless it hurts. If you’re a beginner you should start with the plank.

  5. MrSunshineSOS says:

    I need to do these the right way, I think I am but my back gets sore

  6. homesurvaillance says:

    I tried all the exercises, ate and drank many products until I tried abs666diet. Diet and cardio training, and again I am handsome;)

    @MindImplodingTele LOL You don’t need to do this stuff to get abs. Just cut back on the crisps a bit. :)

  11. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @HockeySeanX That’s right. These are just a few exercises to develop the abdominal and core musculature.

  12. MindImplodingTele says:

    Watching this while stuffing my face with crisps thinking.. I’ll learn how to do all this some other time! :L

  13. HockeySeanX says:

    you dont need to do crazy ab workouts to get a 6 pack

  14. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @riffbaama Cool. Good luck:)

  15. riffbaama says:

    @HardTimesHardBodies Thanks ill stop eating rice, soda, and reduce as much as i can the other.

  16. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @riffbaama These are just abs exercises. They activate the abdominal musculature. They will not give you a six pack. To achieve a six pack you’ll need to reduce your body fat levels. The trick to reducing your body fat levels is reducing your consumption of refined carbohydrates like RICE, BREAD, PASTA, SUGAR, SODA, etc.. Do that while keeping your exercise intensity high and support your workouts with nutrient dense foods. Think veggies. Red meat, poultry, and fish. Thank you for watching. :)

  17. riffbaama says:

    I should hit dislike cause he make me think is impossible for me to get the six pack.

  18. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @MFRoosy16 I’ve been training for more than 20 years. You build up your strength over time with commitment and consistency. When I started I couldn’t hang on the bar that long. I just held on as long as I could. :)

  20. MFRoosy16 says:

    how do you hang from the bar for such a LONG period of time??? some of us are really in shape and can only take so much…

  21. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @HunFighter100 What’s “cool” varies from person to person. Some people will think it looks cool, since you can’t change your genetics you might as well accept it and embrace it. Don’t worry. Be happy.

  22. HunFighter100 says:

    @HardTimesHardBodies
    owh but it isnt looks so cool ! :'(

  23. HardTimesHardBodies says:

    @HunFighter100 Your six pack probably isn’t “deformed.” The shape of your abs is determined by the placement of tendinous inscriptions that are placed on the rectus abdominus. That placement is different for everyone. There’s nothing you can do about it so just be happy. :)

  24. HunFighter100 says:

    @HardTimesHardBodies i need some help!

  36. MetalKore912 says:

    Matt, thanks for the recommendation on the chest, back, shoulder and arms routines. They are awesome videos and are effective for people that go to a gym. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to go to a gym and I don’t have a method of getting there, but I’ve recommended your home ab workouts to all of my friends and they are using it now too. It is the best ab workout EVER. I might post a video of the results soon.

  37. Deathcab4Dan says:

    I had a six pack to start, and I already look twice as toned after going through this 3 times. This is good shit.

  38. FLYTEMILEAGE says:

    these are all really sick home routines or for travelling, but to get that extra muscle tear and complete sculpt your abdominals you need to do gym based routines. Putting more than just body weight pressure will increase your “cuts”

    great video!

  39. T1000m22 says:

    @vitalityadvocate

  40. 3PULonGWolFxX says:

    @vitalityadvocate ohhh okai thanks alot because i do 20 for each excercise do i have to do more then that ?

  41. vitalityadvocate says:

    @MrAksh88 – You at least need 1 day of rest to let the abs recover and grow new tissue and strength. This means about 4 days per week “every other day”. I started off with 10 reps per exercise for a total of 100 at the end of the set. Now I can do 50 reps for 500 total at the end. I do two sets sometimes. Other days I just do 500 and some cardio. Check out my other video “ultime ab routine Q&A”

  42. vitalityadvocate says:

    @juanseayalaI – I started off with 10 reps per exercise for a total of 100 at the end of the set. Now I can do 50 reps for 500 total at the end. I do two sets sometimes. Other days I just do 500 and some cardio. I usually rest for 2 to 3 mins between sets. Check out my other video “ultime ab routine Q&A” And your 8 pack will come through as soon as you get down to around 9% body fat.

  43. vitalityadvocate says:

    @3PULonGWolFxX – well you don’t HAVE to split them up into sets. Try to do all 1000 reps total without resting though 😉 I rest 2 to 4 mins between each set of 250

  44. vitalityadvocate says:

    @WillyKnotz – yep. they do. But not too much. Big obliques are nasty looking. when you just use body weight, they develop the right size :)

  45. vitalityadvocate says:

    @TheJbigJohn – hey man, no, do not do this every day. You at least need 1 day of rest to let the abs recover and grow new tissue and strength. yes breathing is very important. do a search for “matt struve best tips for 8 pack”. I made a video about proper breathing.

  46. vitalityadvocate says:

    @naimihero – lol, I know exactly what you mean

  47. vitalityadvocate says:

    @xiHelpYouFree – hey! yep, exactly what naimihero said.

  48. vitalityadvocate says:

    @mridulv1 – thanks man! hey, come over and join our Vitality Advocate facebook page. We share a lot of info over there. Much more than here.

  49. vitalityadvocate says:

    @3PULonGWolFxX – I actually do both man. Some days I’ll switch up sets. Other days I’ll blast through 1 full set of 100 reps each exercise, and just take my time with it. :) It’s always good to switch intensity up. good luck!

  50. vitalityadvocate says:

    @aanders555 – sent you a message bro :)
