    you can do the flat belly workout 2-3 times a week and the hot body workout 3-4 times a week if you’d like. keep up the great work!

    that sounds great. i would also switch it up with some of my cardio workouts. and i can’t tell you how long it will take to see a result. it depends on every person. but in two weeks, you should definitely notice a change in your body.

    I am doing the 6 minute ab workout and you said 3 days a week, I am also doing the 5 day beach body which is 5 days a week. My question is i am also doing the flat belly and hot body workouts how many days a week should i be doing those?

    Soreness doesn’t build muscle. Lactic acid doesn’t build muscle. It’s broscience. You’re getting a great workout with this workout whether you’re sore, or not =)
