  1. what is a good meal i can take to school with me without making some kind of mess.

  2. man, we are not getting the right food, i keep eating like six peanut butter sandwiches a day with protein powder in them.

  3. Scooby! I found a great “meal” at the store the other day that only has 270 calories, 15 of those from fat. It wasn’t frozen, and doesn’t need to be chilled before opening!
It was a Teriyaki Chicken with rice Hormel “Compleats” meal.

  4. TypeGdizzle says:

i find it interesting that you use the microwave as much as you do. i’ve read a lot of health articles that say microwaves change the energy of food into something that your body doesn’t recognize, but processes it anyway….who knows if it’s true of not.

anyway, thanks for the video, it gave me a lot of good ideas. i also think you have the ideal male physic.

  5. lukeyo1103 says:

  6. lukeyo1103 says:

  7. wat do u suggest i do since i cant eat a meal in school besides lunch?

  8. you look like a gay xP

  9. he cant gain muscle, he gay muscle

  10. My 15 year old friend is trying to get to 100kgs. He aims to put on around 5 kilos while gaining fitness. Do you think thats healthy? Do you have anything I could reccomend him to eat while doing this? BTW if you only saw your face, you wouldn’t realise how big you are lol. I was like, is that photoshopped? lol.

  11. My naturopath doctor recommended soy milk for me, however I chose to go elsewhere for my liquids because soy milk tends to have extremely high sugar content.

I have become a huge fan of your videos, I’ve emailed my boss (who puts out a health newsletter for our employees, so many lifeguards will be watching soon!) links to them.

Thank you so much for your videos. They are simple, easy to do, and most of all, they make the process entertaining and fun. you have done a great community service.

  12. scooby1961 says:

Since I am recommending 6 small meals here, the last meal of the day is not going to be very big, 300cals for the average person. Its true that pigging out and then going to bed is bad for weight loss but the meals I am suggesting are fine.

  13. scooby1961 says:

I dont recommend protein bars at all for those trying to lose weight. If you need something ultrafast, I would recommend a can of nonfat turkey chili over a protein bar. The protein bars have lots of sugar and no fiber.

  14. scooby1961 says:

Most of the foods I recommend here are pretty darn cheap. If you have time, make your own beans and rice as that is the cheapest form of protein you can buy and it just might be the healthiest. A 50lb sack of dry beans at costco is about $13 bucks and it will feed you for months.

  15. scooby1961 says:

Soy milk is great for those who cant tolerate milk or are vegans. It tends to have fat in it though which I do not like at all, if you can find fat free soy milk that would be best.

  16. xyoungdipsetx says:

lolz nigga scooby funny that nigga hunz is stupid lol yo but i got a qustion i been working out and my skin has been riping and the way i eat is good no problme wit that

  18. STALKERX9 says:

Laugh my ass of at the “hmmmmm” parts when the meals taste good.

  19. OberanOut says:

Hi Scooby, I have a health eating question. What is “sugar alc.” I recently bought a bunch of protein bars that I thought were zero sugar. After I left the store, I noticed a category I have never seen before. It says “sugar alc 20g.” Is it okay to eat if I am trying to eat health, lose fat, and gain muscle?

  20. i dun have money to eat 6 meals a day, but 4 still can manage,,,,

  21. k1ngqu33n says:

what is your opinion on SOY MILK?

  22. hfxmoosheads says:

  23. but i cant have 6 meals cuz school

  24. scooby1961 says:

    Thanks mauddib42,

Thanks for spreading the word! You can get abs without buying anything, and its healthy too.

  25. scooby1961 says:

If you are not trying to lose weight, you need to up the calories in the chart by about 500/day. Keep weekly skin-fold thickness measurements and adjust your portion sizes up or down based depending if you are losing or gaining fat.

  26. imalyricalgeniuss says:

  42. MrGunnnah says:

  43. JaykayDeejay says:

  45. @igotacos64 well, it definately helps you to get your stomach sore, which is a good sign, and i didn’t do those for long, but i have a feeling that they do work with the time

  46. @XGloves13 the workouts are making it sore the moment i’m doing them, but i’ll see if i can handle a few more of each exercise :)

  47. igotacos64 says:

    does this actually work??

  48. Kevin2638 says:

Just Put On that Song Whoop That Trick And Do This Work Out 😀

  49. XGloves13 says:

hey will this still work if im a a slightly chubby guy like you cant see it on my face but if i were to take off my shirt you could see a like some fat so will this work for me or not?

  50. @nonamedg nah its just that you got used to it just increase the amount of times you do each exercise and then you will feel sore again
