    huge fan of you guys, but i wanted to say, I disagree with saying that a person can not “turn his 4 pack to a 6 or 8 pack”. it is necessary to get your bodyfat low enough so the fat doesnt cover up the cuts, but i do beleive a person can put mass on their abdominal muscles. find your problem area (lower abs for most) and train them to grow and pop out more. Heavy weight for 6-12 reps. abs are just an other muscle group that will grow if stimulated correctly. its just advise tho.

    4-pack abs usually come from only working your upper abdominal muscles. Happened to me then I focused more on lower ab exercises and Now here’s my six pack :) It is about Genetics, to an extent though. Genetics aren’t going to keep you at a 4-pack. Do lower ab exercises. Should be fine.

    Screw genetics man. I had a four pack once, but then I started doing hanging leg raises, this gave me my six pack :) keep it going gents. And train it a lot !

    I actually phrased it incorrectly. What I said was correct, in the wrong term. There are 8 muscles in the abdomen, however, most people only have 6 of them in their bodies, not 8.

    It is possible to have the illusion of an 8 pack without having 8 abdominal muscles.

    So 30 sec of active and 30 sec of rest x 5 means warm up is 15 minutes and HIIT is 15 mins in total it is 30 minutes of workout?
