    @metalskateboarder965 Ab exercises only make your abs stronger. if you are looking to lose belly fat then you need to eat right, exercise on a regular basis and stay as active as you can.     @Assasin6190 doing ab exercises wont get you a 6 pack they will only strengthen your abs. To get a six pack you need to stay active throughout the day, eat right, and workout.     stop looking for “easier ways to get ripped” just go for a jog evecry morning, lift weights for 15 minutes, do this, and maybe to a little bench pressing. it will get you fit. and it won’t happen overnight!!!! give it some time!!! after a few weeks, you should see progress if you’ve been working out till your muscles hurt.
