Barbell Swing for Abs and Core DEFINITION

    first: i love your videos very motivating and helpful 😀 but i have a question: i dont want to get more mass so will it be fine if i just do more reps with a bit lower weights and do cardio to give my body definition?

    Make sure you’re using the same quality of lifting motion for each. If you’re “cheating” with one arm that could be why.
