    Just to let you know (not that you don’t), but it’s better if you soak the sticks in water or cover in foil (soaking is easier). And it’s better if you take a paper towel, coat in oil, and actually run that across your grill grates, helps clean, lubricate, and flavor the grilled item.

    Just a tip for the wooden skewers, if you soak them in water before you put the food on them they will not splinter while/after grilling. :)

    thanks. had my son 7 ms. ago..im 40 lbs past my usual weight. this was inspiring and doable. i’ll keep u posted on my situation..lol…( flabby, puffy stomach!!) i still look like i’m 6 ms. preggers! ive had 2 babies within 2 years…and im going on 40..lol…what to do, what to do…no,seriously, what should i do?..gulp! help! ( p.s. im nursing…thought that would help..)

    I just did 5 rounds of this workout for a total of 100 reps of each exercise, so 400 reps!! It took me 25m50s and my abs are BURNING!! :) Thanks for posting!!
