    mon.arms
    tue,chest
    wed,back,
    thur,shoulders
    fri legs
    that way its a week before you do the same body part again, else they will fatigue.

    I’m 15 about to be 16 in 2 months. I’m about 142 pounds and workout pretty often.I do sit ups and push ups everynight. I workout Monday-Friday in the weight room and what I normally do is start with biceps,then triceps,then back and so on and so on until I get a GOOD workout on every part of my body. I also drink Whey Protein. Is it good to workout 5 days a week like that? If there is anything anyone else can tell me to help it will be appreciated.
