Okay I am 20 years old girl 5/6. Ever since i have gotten married 2 yeas ago i have packed on a few pounds on my middle. I used to be quit slim (which i hated at the time because people always made fun of me) and weight 110 before i got married now i weigh 130 . My stomach wont get flat like it use to be and it sticks out no i am not pregnant and am not on birth control anymore because it made me sick. Anyways how can i get my stomach to flatten up? What worked for you all? I do sit ups but it only makes my abs stronger but my flab is still there. Help me! Thanks! :)

ok right since 1 or 2 years before primary school ive known i like girls. everything about them just wow. i love them :)

but when it comes to guys ive decided i prefer darker penises to white ones. so i like black and asian :) but as a whole they just sicken me, i dont want one up me or in my mouth for that matter. but i only like guys with ripped out muscle like six packs. if theres nothing there it just annoys me, cause women have these amazing breasts and guys that have nothing its like put some tits on there. or at least tone up.

I don’t understand how you can call having a preference being shallow.
So you like men who take care of their bodies, why would that make you shallow? No.

But overall, you sound lesbian to me. You might be bisexual since you’re so confused but a bisexual with a strong strong preference for girls.

I’m gonna be 17 in a few months and I have noticed lately that I have gotten bigger, and by that I mean fatter.

I recently weighed myself and I am almost 180. According to a BMI calculator, I am in danger of being overweight as an adult at the rate I am going.

I need suggestions for simple and effective workout routines, especially for abs and arms. Because of my genes, I have accumulated fat around my thighs and abdomen. I cannot touch my fingers around my thighs anymore, they’re that big. Anyone know how I can reduce that?

I also tend to eat until I am overstuffed, like any teenager. However, probably because of genetics, my metabolism slow isn’t as fast as everyone else’s is, so I am gaining weight. If anyone knows how to help me control my eating, that would also be helpful.

Please, I need to control this now before it gets out-of-hand. i am sick of being afriad to take my shirt off in gym class and I am sick of watching my best friends flaunt their six-packs and single digit percent body fat.

If anyone can help me, this is my summer project: to lose weight and gain some muscle so I can feel more comfortable about myself.
Ok, so where can I learn more about nutrition. I cannot afford to go to an actual nutritionist.

I Have fat on 2 particular spots, on my lower abs, and on my pectorals. Its not that bad, when I flex I can just (and I mean just) make out a six pack, My pects don’t have too much either but they are “pointy” instead of flat. Its not that much fat but its pissing me off, how can I lose it? I eat healthy, do 100 pushups and 100 crunches daily, am trying out for school rugby, and run when I’m not sick (its cold and there’s still snow outside here). How do I get rid of it?

I’ve always been really kind of a tall scrawny guy and i have really long legs and arms. I’ve been made fun of for it my whole life and i am sick and tired of it. I’m not terrible at sports. But i have never been able to find a sport for me. I want bigger arms and a six pack but no matter how many push ups/ sit ups i do nothing ever happens. I’m 15 years old and i can still get plenty of girls but all the athletic guys get more than i do. Is there any way for me to get bigger arms and to get abs? And what sports should i try? Next year i’m doing swim team, golf, and track. But i want a sport i can play on a team with. Any suggestions?

Alright i have a few workout questions i would like answered. To start with i am 14, male, and am going into 8 grade. i do not have access to a gym..
1. I have a routine of push ups i do every other day (i do pyramids to 12) is this enough? Or should i do more?
2. I am going to run every other day, but not on weekends. I am doing track in spring so this will prepare me. Is this good?
3. I have NO ab workout in mind. I do not have week abs, they are very hard, BUT i do not have a flat stomach. I dont think its what im eating, I think its just there. haha it has not gotten any fatter, its actually been decreasing a little, maybe as i get taller? i dont know, but i wold like an ab workout so i will have one for when i do get a flat stomach so i can have a six pack 😉
Thats pretty much all i got. Except for one thing, I tried doing crunches, but they dont really work out. I mean, i sometimes feel the burn, but i think im doing them wrong or somwthing like when im coming up, sometiems i feel a burn and sometimes i dont. I usually dont until like im in the 40s but even then like sometimes every other one would burn. So if there is anything else i can do feel free to say it.. I just am sick of having the geeky body and am sick of aving people push me around just cause i cant defend myself. Thanks ! :)

swimming is the best way of loosing wieght!!!!

I got skinny in 2 days just swimming around with friends and just having fun,

just do short periods of swims for around 20+ minutes, every day.

thats why most people that do water sports are skinny.

have you seen any fat surfers lately?

oh that sucks, my substitute is going for 1 hour runs on the treamill which i put on 11, if your unfit then work your way up: say 15mins the first time etc.

I hate running on the treamill!!!
but it needs to be done to get a good shape,

after the horrible 1 hour runs 4 times a week for 2 months,

I get really sick of running, so i just squat for 1 hour (with favourite music), which is easier than running, and just as effective.

the only reason why i don’t squat at the start, is because doing squats for 1 hour is painfully hard, after running for a while, squatting for 1 hour will be much easier.

swimming is soo amazing and much much easier,
soo many people think diets are best, some try starving,or even running, those advertisement things you see on T.V are nothing compared to swimming.

Swimming with friends and family at a waterfall,pool,beach etc is fun.

Hi guys, here’s the deal.

I am 18, 250 pounds.

Out of my guy friends, 4 out of 10 of them have good sculpted bodies. And I know for a fact, they don’t work out because I spend so much time with them.. I could care less about a six pack, and even less about looking like a model, they all say just eat when you feel like it, and I do that, but to no avail….

So I went on every diet KNOWN to man..

Water fast diet *nothing but water* – You can bet at how much energy I had…

Nothing up until 6 diet.. Self explanatory.

Fruits & veggies diet..
pfft… I weighed 249 when i started, weighed 255 when I ended..

and im sick of this.

My workout regimen is
*search youtube for these videos*
8minute abs
8minute legs
8minute arms
8minute buns.
20 minute cardio.

So far… NOTHING… I look in the mirror and look the same EVERYDAY…

None of it helped.
Im sick of this and I just want to know, for the people who did get slim… what did you do for your workout regimens? did it work, or didnt it..

what can I do to get what in shape?

I think I can kind of see what you are going through and I notice it a lot.

Everybody is looking for a quick fix. Unfortunately, there isn’t any. We have to face that some people are naturally gifted with sculpted bodies and can eat whatever they want and look skinny and fit. This is a fact that is never going to change.

8 minutes of any kind of exercise is way too little for any kind of improvement. If you are truly dedicated to shaping up and improving your lifestyle, now is a good time to start. A healthy diet should start you off right. Portion control is crucial. You would not believe how many people do not understand what a portion is. Nutrition makes up 80% of weight loss. The other is 20% hard work.

Start weight lifting and skip the cardio for now (or at least limit it to one day a week). I’m sure that once you start building muscle, your fat will start melting off your body. You need to hit the gym or use some sort of resistance for at least an hour a day for one or two muscles. Again, 8 minutes of anything is peanuts compared to a full body workout. Im 13 years old and 5″4 weigh 90 pounds. I want to make my arms bigger. Like the part located between your hands and elbows. Also I want to make my actual muscles bigger I want it to show so when I flex I can feel satisfied.I want a 6 pack Im skinny so shoudn’t be that hard im not fat its just i have no abs showing, I have no abs standing and when i lift my shirt, I can see a 4 pack when im sitting and i bend and flex my body so if you explain that to me.Another thing i would like to make larger is um i think their called your caffs? The muscles located behind yur knee and a little bit down yeah caffs i think. I also would acutally like to make my chest bigger.

So total i Want This.

A Chest That Will Puff Or Make me have large pecs
A defined 6 Pack(So When i lift my shirt ppl can see it easily and be proud)
Bigger Caffs(Leg muscles)
Larger Actual Arms(Between wrist and elbow)
Bigger Biceps And Triceps(Buff)

Oh and one more thing if possible when Im finally done I want my veins to stick out a bit not bulgy and unattractive just to show i have muscle

Never gonna happen.

Seriously read over your own question and realise how unreasonable and impossible all of that is.

All of this will take so much hard work, there is no quick way of doing this. This will take years even for fully grown men.

And if you ask questions in the way you just have, you won’t get much help from people. Don’t demand that people answer your question, especially if you 13.
