    it is a six pack. every one , no matter what age, has abdominal muscles that have a “six pack” shape. we get older and get fatter so we need to work those muscles to bring them out.

    thanks! i finally got my six pack abs because of u i started when i turned 13 and about 6 months later i still couldn’t see my abs i tryed your ab training and it worked im almost 14 now.thank you mike chang 😀

    1 inch off of 6 foot
    i cant work out at my gym until I’m 16, it’s the age limit
    I’m stronger than most people but my tits are huge (fat)
    My tits are bigger than most girls’ tits
    I weigh 180lb, but if my tits weren’t so big then i would look slimmer, because my shirt hangs over them and makes me look fat.
    What workouts that don’t require weights can slim your chest?

    well it would adventually spread out through-out your body. But that takes years. I would suggest working out but not muscle building workouts. Why dont you start running? It may sound basic but its the best way to lose wait. After you start to get fitter, take a bag out whilst you run and add wight inside the bag. This will make running more intence.

    Depends, how tall are you? if your like 5ft tall then it would probably spread out as you grow. If your tall for your age then no. It wont go away.

    Kids under the age of 16 shouldnt even bother working out. Its completely pointless because your muscles havent fully developed. Im 18 years old and i dont even have fully developed muscles.

    dude there is no basic way its a combination of nutrition, workout frequency, duration, general fitness you can have the key to being ripped in 1 video, im still not 100% ripped and i have probably watched around 100 videos from all different channels, so i would say be patient and watch lots of different channels, but mike chang has got some great tips and workouts:)

    A FEW POINTS: 1) He is a World Fitness Champion.. just weeks away from competition (so more shredded than normal), so basically his body is in the top 1% of physiques for his catagory!!; 2) YOU can achieve what he has!… his muscluar structure is quite normal, just that you can SEE more of it (ie the abs); 3 Respect to this guy.. he wasnt born that way, it was hard work and dedication!!! (ps the guy in the background is like.. “damn, my gf will be fucking this guy in the club later” hahaha)
