    @LUDECHINGY I’ve had the same issue early on in my training, I would focus on dumbell exercises. Also when doing curls, solder press etc. Never do more reps with your strong arm, as soon as your left fails, stop working your right too. Also really focus on form and do the same weight that your left can handle (10-12 reps) This will help your left catch up. Hope this helps bro.

    @sixpackshortcuts mike, just wondering how do you even out my forearm and bicep. my right arm is way bigger than my left. i want my left to even out. i dont want to use barbells cus they work on both arms. any ideas? thanks

    mike, just wondering how do you even out my forearm and bicep. my right arm is way bigger than my left. i want my left to even out. i dont want to use barbells cus they work on both arms. any ideas? thanks

    hey mike!!! i’m just wondering..i’s it ok for me to lift weights ??cause i currently am..
    but there is a problem with my lower back..it hurts when i lift heavy weights and bend my back..it also hurt when i a take a long run or do ab workouts that requires bending of the back…

    i damaged my shoulders a bit n i feel fine now that i do rear delt work :).probably irrelevant but i thought i d share with u :WHEN U WORK SHOULDERS REAR DELTS 1ST!this way u warmup ur small rotator cuff muscles :)

    i had really bad lower back pains last year and im only 16….i went to physical therapy and they just gave me a bunch of stretches….just stretching hamstrings can help ur back…u might not think they are connected but anything weak in ur body can put stress on ur back.

    all good advice. Stretching and warming up before the workout is important too for keeping you from throwing your back out. I like to stretch the back between sets too keeps the back from tightening up after lifting heavy.

    I like to do MMA and boxing/self defense, and I will start doing some of these (not just the boxer’s exercises) with 5-10 lb wrist weights and 2.5 lb ankle weights, maybe some with 12 lb medicine ball. Love your vids, thanks for posting.
