  12. @Drumersoftballgirl7 try reverse crunches, ly flat on ur back (like a crunch) and bring in both kness to the chest, then raise them down. Repeat

    Has anyone paid and downloaded his six pack program? My goal is fat loss but still lift weights and build a strong muscular body.     In all good fighting techniques you need to EXhale as you contract and INhale on the relax. Even if you get good training results from inhaling on the contraction it is a bad habit that makes you very vulnerable to damage in any situation. INhaling on the COtraction is what causes hernias and rips of the supporting muscles.

    if you watch him he holds his breath as he contracts…thats incorrect you should inhale as you contract and exhale as you complete the exercise….dont get me wrong vince is in great shape and is an awsome coach but he lacks there….im doing personal training certrification and thats the first thing they teach
