    neck hurting? dont worry it wont kill you xD once you’re used to it you will have no problem

  9. Should do it every other day as your muscles need time to repair after a work out. More likely to hinder your progress by training the same muscles every day.

    This is a really good ab workout, my neck is killing me but that is most likely because i haven’t completed my technique but man, is it bad for me to be doing it every day? my abs hurt alot but i still continue xD hoping to get faster results.

    how many kcals does this workout consume ? i have 2 packs and i only do it once a day in the evening before going to bed but my training lasted double because i wanted to get ripped fast and i really wonder how many kcals it consumes because i am on a diet and i need to klnow how much can i eat.
