    Planche push ups are not as difficult as holding a solid, perfect planche

    If you can hold a 5 second planche, you can “easily” do the push ups.
    If you can’t, well you’ll do half-assed reps like 99% of the wannabe planchers on youtube.

    All right here’s some legitimate advice:

    A) Use parallel/push up bars (What I mainly use)
    B) Wrist Guards
    C) Fingertips (My favorite method)

    Choose your poison.

    Either way you’re gonna fuck up your wrists doing the planche on floor no matter what you do because your hands/wrists weren’t designed to support your whole body weight.

    @ohlpzbq I already told you. before I started eating right it didn’t matter how much I exercised my abs were still jello. And My senior in gym daily having this secret food items to kill his belly with less excercise. you can watch out here >>
