    ok but you didn’t say how often I should be doing this work out! Am i going to be doing this everyday, 3-4 times a week or just once a week. It seems like a lot for a daily work out but if you think it’ll help i’ll do it, the same goes for most of your tuturials, you don’t explain how often they should be done.

  28. Hi! I love this- am going to start doing it daily! But I was just wondering – I am quite slim already, but don’t quite have a flat stomach! I have a little bit of a fatty bulge just below my belly button, but not really as far down as you were showing -above the belt line but below the bellybutton. Is this the right excercise to use for this? I’ve got really strong upper abs, but situps dont seem to be working for the lower bit! Just want this last little bit gone! Any suggestions?

    I do track and soccer and the weightlifting class during school.I don’t eat junk food, candy,fast foods and I try to stay away from bread.I heard that to look toned your suppose to do less weight and more reps , is that true?

    Hi, you have sore muscles from doing too much too quickly. If you are not used to regular exercise or new to it, you should go slowly and work your way up to longer workouts. Give your body a few days off to let your muscles heal. When you feel better you can resume but slowly. In the meantime, you can do stretching and massage your sore muscles. This will help you heal. You can also stay active with short walks.

    I need your advice please? my health is bad since a while now & my body is so out of shape that when I try 2 exercise a little, the next day my body is aching like u would not believe, I’m a tough girl & I can take the pain but now it’s 2 much, do u have an advice that would help me get in shape slowly but gradually, even if it hurts a little it’s ok, it’s just that 4 now I cannot even do push up or even tighten muscles without screaming in pain the next day, thanx in advance & 4 the vids.
