Question by boychuka: Six Pack abs not showing the right way?
Well, I have been working out for about 1.5 years. I am toned all over and I am nearly all Ectomorphic in body type, so I am a hard gainer. For the life of me, no matter what I do, how hard I try or combinations of anything I do, I can not get rid of this God forsaken pudge I have at my stomach. My six pack is there, but I have to suck it in. Even still, I am being told by trainers that I am only eating half of what I should be and not enough protien. I have almost complelely cut out dairy (especially cottage cheese) from my diet and was also told to get rid of the rice protien I use since Whey protien makes me sicker than a dog. Any ideas of how to get rid of this gut I have? Internet is sketchy on what to do. I do not do much cardio anymore because I need the carbs to keep up my glycogen stores for my growing muscles. Thanks for help.

    ohh nooo!! dont workout THAT way!! take up cross country running. I started out wen i was 13. Right now i’m 16, i feel i’m much more fit than any gym guy. They may have bigger muscles and mayb stronger than me, but i have better quality. U’l get excellent abs and biceps even tho they’re small. And all u got to do is run 6 to 8 miles a day. Forget protein, u can eliminate it. U can eat anything under the sun as long as u run
