@mky602 Peanut butter is great for you…good amount of protein and healthy fats that your body needs

  10. Those EAS bars have sucralose, artificial flavors, and acuesuflame potassium…..all horrible things for muscle growth

hey Jeff – bought Athlean X last week. Great Stuff. Just gotta ask, would you recommend Chobani yougurt? It has a lot of protein but sugar is pretty high as well

  12. @chao5cuber Great to know that you got a six pack :) But you were exercising a lot and smartly that is the reason you could do away with eating peanut butter. Maybe it is nice to have the peanut butter once in a while.

  13. chao5cuber says:

@mky602 Bro, I ate peanut butter everyday, or close to every other day alongside with a workout regimin of 30-60 minutes of HiiT, and on days other days, I would maintain my Mon-Fri workouts. I ended up getting a six pack :D. This guy knows what he’s talking about. As long as you keep up with the small snacks throughout the day, you will soon, probably in the next 2-3 months, that is if you maintain your workout levels, develop a 6 pack, if not 8 pack 😀

  14. I doubt if peanut butter, yogurt etc. help you get lean fast

  15. good stuff

  16. @markwood345 Just look for a low fat yogurt that will be fine I personally have the activia snackpot yogurts which are great only 99cals and 8grams of protein but I’m from the u.k and it depends if they are available in your area but anything similar would be fine.

  17. markwood345 says:
