If something is that good then its most likely got too much sugar, salt, fat or artificial flavors. When something tastes really, really good your first thought should be – “whats in this?”. Think about what you are eating! If what makes it taste good is the nasty stuff mentioned above then spit it out. A good excercise routine for me?

Well im 16 and almost 145 pounds, i workout like 3 times a week in school and its usually strength training. I have quite good arms so far but i wanna make them a bit bigger.
But thats not my problem.
I want to get a six pack in about 2 – 3 weeks.
I have a bit of fat over my stomach and i noticed i gained a bit of weight over the last few weeks, because in september i had a 6 pack but it was not really defined.
Now i need to get my sick pack back.
Im trying to do all my workouts and cardio over the break.
Any good routines to do? and excercises to keep me going everyday?
and what about nutrition and eating habits?
Any good advice about abs routine excercises would help.
I need advice about how much cardio i should do ( mostly jogging) and abs excersices
I dont exactly want to loose weight. I wanna loose fat and gain muscle

keep doing what your doing…
but u need to train your abs everyother day for 5-10 mins
using weight resistance exercises

rope pull down on knees
holding a weighted plate to your chest
ab machine resistance exercise

Ok i sick of hearing that getting a six pack is all about cardio and diet on the internet. I am already thin, i just want to know how to add bulk to my abs, as in so the bumps stick out more now, anyone got a workout plan for it? idk something like Ryan Reynolds did 500 to 1000 situps before his workouts while building up for blade 3. Please help
Thanks for the answers so quick, yeah i have the apparent “v” shape body, about 9 % body fat but look good, through starting up interval training and a diet (just lots of smaller meals)im looking to lower that down to 6-7% while increasing my ab workout. will choose a best answer within the next day.

Well it sounds like youve already got the physique so to get your abs to puff out add weight to your ab routine. When your performing your reps with weight perform them slow and do a max of 25 at a time no more. You will notice the difference in no time. Good luck
