Ok well i’ve been really sick latley and can hardly eat, thus i lost like almost 10 pounds, before i lost the 10 pounds i wasnt fat at all, but u could barley see my abs, now its the same and i just look frial. So how can i loose wait on my stomich??

You can’t get 6 pack abs just by losing weight. You have to do exercises to get it that way.
