I have asked this so many times.
okay, here I go again.
I’m fifteen, 108 pounds, 5’6, male
I’ve had the same workout for three months and I have barley improved.
I have a six pack, but like everyone els mines covered with a bit of fat so you cant see it.
I don’t have pecks, but want nice arms and pecks and abs.
I do 500 crunches, 300 lifts (with 15pounds) and about 100 pushups every night.
Before this I did five pound lifts and 300 crunches and 50 pushups a night.
I eat so healthy, I get in every piece of fruit and vegitable I need, I drink water !NON-STOP!
I’m sick of no improvements in my arms, pecks, and abs.
I need some real ancwers.
Need them quick because last summer I stayed away from taking my shirt off

Want to build muscle? Where is the protein? You need protein to build muscle. Fruit is nice, but it doesn’t replace protein.

K, so I’m 14 nearly 15.

I’m 5’11 and 167lbs and I’m not fat, I just had this layer of… well, fat, around my lower stomach and love handles. It’s really not that bad, but I want it gone..

I like this girl, a lot, and she’s super hot. She likes me too, but although she hasn’t said anything, she really wants me to lose that stuff. She’s super nice and everything, that’s why she hasn’t said anything, it’s also the reason we’re not going out… yet.

It can happen, I know it can, I just need to lose that fat.
Although I’ve got it, I know girls well and I’ve had girlfriends before, if I just get rid of it, I reckon she’ll like me more. She’s super fit, so going out with a kid who’s got a small-ish layer of fat isn’t really gonna happen.

I’ll only eat dinner, every day.

What I need to know is, using sit ups, prone holds, push ups, anything else that can be done in my room, what should I do to lose it. I used to have a 6 pack but then I got sick and put on weight (quite a bit) and I haven’t been able to get it back..

per day – how many push ups? How many and how long prone hold. crunches. sit ups. torso twists.

Focusing on the lower abs and the love handles.

Right, first of all eating less than 1500 calories is just going to make you lose alot of water weight, which you’ll put back on as soon as you start eating normally, so if you want to lose body fat go on a calorie controlled diet.

If you want to build muscle doing that same exercise lots of times won’t do much, you need to increase the amount of weight your muscles are working against. While I could spend ages telling you what to do I’ll save you and I some time and just tell you to read the free ebook Brain over Brawn: http://brainoverbrawn.com/get-the-book/
That will tell you everything you need, and if you can’t afford a gym it’ll tell you good cheap alternatives. Read it like its the bible and you won’t go wrong.

At the moment i have a very good abs workout i got from my trainer and i have a six pack so it works very well, and i have been doing it for a long time. Its about 20 minutes long and i like working hard. The only problem is well…..im starting to get tired of the same routine i do for 20 minutes doing it over, and over again. Im starting to slack off on it because im sick of doing it which isn’t good.

What im looking for is someone who knows a good hard core abs work out that i can do so i will have more motivation, because i get so bored of mine.

If anyone has a good ab work out that got them a good six pack plz can you put it down so i can see it? I’m sure we all have gotten sick of a workout routine that we have done like a million times.

You need to start lifting heavy weights and eating more. 108 pounds is very light for your height, you wont get muscle without eating more. What you are doing is almost like endurance training, its not bad but you wont get what you want with that kind of training.

If your school has a weight lifting room or class you should sign up for it. If not join a gym and look online for some routine to build your upper body.

don’t do the same thing everynight. do cardio before you workout. then do like abs and arms one night and do like legs and buns another. work out your whole body, not just parts of it

my friend went on the vabrating powerplate and has never been prouder of her abs you might want to look into that

Ok im 15, about 155 lbs, i lift a lil bit, and ive started doing cardio, i lost about 25 lbs a couple months. I do situps, crunches, pushups, leg raises, and laying on ur back and cycling. i eat pretty health, i dont eat breakfast(i cant, it makes me sick that early) and i eat vegetables and a sandwich at lunch, and then a reasonable supper, mostly chicken and other meats, and no dessert, but i usually have a few small pretzels between lunch&supper. I just want to know the best thing to do to get a 6 pack and lose this flab on my gut, and as fast as i can, thanks=D

Hey i have half of a sick pack when i flex it seems like there is just 4 abs and then below that it seems like there is nothing there, their is like a 2 inch difference thats how far in it is and it doesnt look like i have a six pack why isnt this working i do crunches like crazy and i have good cardo what am i doing wrong?

dude ur probably not eating right.. or u might think u r but might not.. also u should try leg raises in my opinion it works better than crunches..
