Well I go to gym and play a lot but when it come out to the boys room (where we take a shower) i find out that almost everybody has 6 packs of abs but I have 8 packs. I’m only 15 yrs old does that mean that I’m sick?

I have asked this so many times.
okay, here I go again.
I’m fifteen, 108 pounds, 5’6, male
I’ve had the same workout for three months and I have barley improved.
I have a six pack, but like everyone els mines covered with a bit of fat so you cant see it.
I don’t have pecks, but want nice arms and pecks and abs.
I do 500 crunches, 300 lifts (with 15pounds) and about 100 pushups every night.
Before this I did five pound lifts and 300 crunches and 50 pushups a night.
I eat so healthy, I get in every piece of fruit and vegitable I need, I drink water !NON-STOP!
I’m sick of no improvements in my arms, pecks, and abs.
I need some real ancwers.
Need them quick because last summer I stayed away from taking my shirt off

If you haven’t reached/finished puberty, it’s a good possibility you will not be able to build the muscle/lose the fat. Your body is still growing and changing, and you still might have the pre-puberty “baby fat” that is stored up before a major growth spurt. And you might not have the testosterone yet to build big muscles.

Keep in mind, too, that some people’s physical makeup also prevents them from ever building big muscles. It’s possible your body will always be a sleek machine like that of distance runners. And there’s nothing wrong with that! Still very sexy, just in a different way.

What you’re doing is great for building strength, but to build muscle, I recommend seeing a trainer/reading some body-building books for additional exercises to add to your program.

And make sure you’re eating plenty of protein. Your body needs it to bulk up!

well i am trying to get a six pack abs but last week when i was sick; i stop working out and eat to get my energy and now i weigh 5 lbs more. I almost had a six pack when i try to stretch, i was this close but i failed. What do i do now that now i just got better from sickness. i’m not sick no more. i feel better now.

Here’s something… don’t eat so much! Try aerobic exercise to help get back on track. Changing your diet will work wonders. Eat fruits and veggies, with whole grains, and protein (that’ll help build muscle). When you’re sick, try not eating as much, since you will not be working out.

I am 13, 108 pounds, 5 foot 1 here is my workout. Is it good, bad, should I get rid of something, add something? but moving on with my workout plan.
Day 1 Cardio
Cardio workouts consist of 2 hours on eleptical trainer, burning around 1,200 calories, stationary bike moderately for 1 hour burning around 300 calories, 2 mile jog, jogging around 15 mins straight. . Also 100 ab lounge crunches and 8 min abs workout video, 100 curls in each arm with 5 pound dumb bells. This cardio also consists of no fast food for diet, water, chicken, dill pickles for snacks, tuna:), high potassium and low sodium breakfast. FULL 8 glasses of water a day based at 250 mL being a glass, fruits and vegies 4-5 servings a day and consuming around 1,500 calories of food.
Day 2 is strength day.
This workout consists of 500 ab lounge crunches, 8 minute abs workout video 3 times a day, 200 sit-ups, 5 reps of 5 minute planks, 200 5 pound dumbbell curls in each arm, 50 reps of 30 pound chest presses, 2 mile jog, 30 min on ellipticall trainer vigorously, walk around 236 meter track 3 times using 5 pound wrist weights.
Day 3 Cardio
Day 4 Strengthening
Day 5 Cardio
Day 6 Strengthening
Day 7 Rest
All days consist of the diet above and a full healthy 8 hours of sleep. How long to see results? Again another big thank you and i will help u if u need help answering yours:) pce.

Males and female anatomy is different in more places than just genitalia.. Im 99% sure that abs is one of these places and that because of these differences females are only able to get a 4 pack, due to how the muscles are shaped. As for those, just go to a gym and do crunches, work with the exercise balls, and look around the web for other strengthening and toning exercises.

ive already got 6-pack abs but, i was just wondering if there was anything more i could do, i do 100 situps, 100 leg lifts and 100 crunches with my legs elevated, and i do that once a week, anyone know any tricks to get even more ripped?

You must buy the message pro belt and apply at that area. Also try liposuction. Or just drink the fat cutter juice which will remove fat from all around the body including the lower abs.

Okay this is just a general question. If a girl had a rank six pack would that be disgusting? and what if it wasn’t that bad it was just nice abs? Just wondering cuz i do ab exercises and I’m slowly getting abs ha and i really don’t want to look gross!
