I strongly feel that some overweight people, don’t have repsect for people who are thinner then them. I’m 20 years old, a college student, work part-time, and I work-out 5 or 6 days a week. I have a phobia of being overweight. I have nice biceps, and I can’t help showing them off. I almost have abs, and my goal is to get 6 pack abs.

Mostly everyone in my fathers family is overweight. Most of them have huge stomachs, and they are proud of it. I think having a huge stomach is disgusting, and that’s nothing to be proud of.

Last week I was at my fathers house, and most of his realives were there also. They were badmouthing guys with abs, because they know I’m trying to get 6 pack abs. I see a guy with 6 pack abs, and I wish I could be him. My fathers family thinks guys with abs are nasty. I was disagreeing with them, and saying how people with huge stomachs are nasty. They all got mad at me. Seriosuly I shouldn’t say on this web site all they were saying about about people who are thin. (In my opinion) Most people who are really overweight are losers, they don’t take care of themsleves. Guys with abs do take care of themeselfs. If you can’t diet, eat the right things, and work-out, that’s pretty bad. Who would want to be overweight? That’s just sick…Im proud of my body, and I almost have abs…

ok so im a skinny fairly out of shape guy weighing in at about 148lbs. i used to way 155 when i lifted in march and april but i got sick and missed out on alot of gym time so i am trying to get defined again. i used an online body fat calculator that came out to about 14.93 percent body fat going by waist, forearm, wrist, and hip size. here is what i am doing to get fit again.

2 days of chest and tri’s and shoulders work out a week mostly benching
2 days of back and bi’s work out a week
3 days of core a week
3 days of cardio normally a 15 minute interval run after i do my core exercise

im eating high protein and normal calories leaning towards around 2000-2200 cals a day.

if i continue this for 6 weeks could i be looking at 6 pack abs again and a larger chest, or should i expect it to take longer?

Anybodys abs will show if their body fat is low enough.
I say yes to abs!
Maybe more bench for the chest growth though

My brother is in awesome shape but needs help with his lower abs. He has a six pack but his lower abs are not well defined. How do you get some sick ripped lower abs?? Help! I’m interested too.

You must buy the message pro belt and apply at that area. Also try liposuction. Or just drink the fat cutter juice which will remove fat from all around the body including the lower abs.
