The Best Ab Exercises To Get Six Pack Abs

www.LeeHayward.com In this ab workout video I share some of my favorite abdominal exercises for getting six pack abs. However, the real key to building a shredded 6 pack is simply losing all the excess bodyfat that is covering your abs. Everyone has ab muscles, the only problem is that for 99.9% of the population those abs are covered by a layer of blubber. If you lose the fat, youll see your abs.

    You need to consume a high protein diet when training for fat loss.
    Protein powder will help you with your fat loss goals, not hinder them.

    Great vid thanks, I recently wanted to start to take protein complements to gain some body mass for my back/shoulders, but i didn’t because i was told it would reduce the chances of my abs showing, taking the proteine powder will reduce my abs showing? what should i do? please guide me

    Any cardio works, could be running, walking, bike riding, swimming, cardio machines at the gym. Bottom line is that you do it regularly and work up a good sweat.

  18. Lee im 14 and trying to get nice abs… my 2 top ones are visible , the others arent but they are really tough . all other parts of my body *except the back :( * are lot strong… please write to me personally about some exercises and good diets 😛

  22. Thanks for the help! I am a floor coach at Golds gym and the main thing people ask me about are how do I get ripped abbs. I have a few work outs that I show them. All these workouts are great!

    At your age you are better off focusing on trying to get bigger and stronger all over. The abs are just stabilizer muscles for your body, they should not be the main emphasis of your workouts. Focus on working the big muscles of the chest, back, legs, etc. as well as the abs and you’ll get better overall results.

    A quick question, I’m 14 and trying to get abs, I have been doing various workouts for about a month now, still nothing really. I can see my top and middle abs a bit when I’m laying down but not when I’m standing up. Anyways, I can’t really go to a gym so I need a workout or routine I can do from home, tips?
