    @waseem1173 works great for me. I have upped my protein a little so i’m getting about 1800 a day presently. I cheat one day a week (anything and everything.. ice cream pizza , lasagna etc.) That really seems to fuel my body and turn it into a fat burning furnace. granted I am depeleted from the low cal diet but that one cheat day makes all the difference.

    It’s all in the diet!!! 1500-1700 calories a day 100-150 g of protein. 205 lbs, cut to 185-190 on diet. Voila ….abs. I disagree on the mandatory heavy weights. I did that for many years. It’s all about a good workout program and eating like I stated.

He had said that these pictures of guys contest prep for 2 months and are juiced all to hell when the photos are taken for these supplement adds. What is fucked up is all this information isn’t new and widely available and people still buy into marketing shit.

  16. @Xyrag gain muscle , if the abs muscles are not devoploment they are not going to show , no matter what how low its your BF , to developed just like they said , squats , dips , pull-ups , deadlifts , lunges , bench press , shoulder milatry press etc .. , give yourself a year or two and voila six pack
