    I was told NOT to do intense workouts because I have VERY BAD adrenal fatigue, so they said it exhausts your adrenals even further, so they suggested walking but not intense hard workouts…. What do you suggest?

    hey i have Skinny Fat Syndrome and have been trying to lose fat and build muscle but my f@#ken parents are ruining it. they are giving me stuff that they think is healthy but really is not, i have very little to eat that is healthy for a snack and im hungry all day(thanks to my fat a@# dad who thinks im going anorexic but am really avoiding processed crap which is impossible to avoid because of my dad) please help me what should i do i talk to them about it but all they say is u need carbs

    i eat veggie burger drink alot water cereal bars, fruits salads workout 5 days week. lifting weights doing leg lifts. bench presses butterflys. also do 100 situps a day.

    LSD (long distance running) still has it’s place in cardio for general health and fitness. Some people just overdue it. I run 3-5 miles 1-2x a week and do HIIT about 2x a week including one sprint session and one tabata bodyweight exercise routine. I also do plyos 1x a week and maximal heavy compound strength training 2x a week. On top of that I stretch intensely 5x a week and use a foam roller which is AMAZING about 3x a week. This hits all levels of athleticism and fitness levels.

    i have a replaced knee as well, personally i believe running is bad for anyone over the age of twenty five to thirty (with knee problems). There is just too much stress and weight coming down on a central area. I have given up running and get my cardio from swimming, cycling, and full body aerobics. If you are hell bent on running i would suggest low impact machines like gazzels and stairmasters; where you can get that high end cardio and still save your knee

    I did HIT on the treadmill at 10 mph and 33 mph 30 sec each for 25 min. five days a week for a month and jacked up my knee. I lost weight but I gained it back after I had to stop running because of my knee injury. I couldn’t even do squats.. just started back on the treadmill speed walking and jogging at an incline after six weeks of using the elliptical. How can I prevent knee injury while running in the future

    Oh hai! Have you considered – fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

    I also heard that back posture can prevent you from having a six pack. So if your back bone pushes your abdominal too forward, creating a deep back curve, no amount of training or diet will help. So that’s something to look into.

    thank you yelkaim1. i’m looking forward to trying these exercises out. i’m excited to since i weigh 203 lbs and trying to get down to 155-160 (all healthy of course). i’m 5’6″, alittle broad shouldered but too heavy for my frame. diabetes runs in my family (dad and two brothers have type 2) so i’m looking forward to losing my buddha belly. i love the bosu ball because there are so many ways to integrate it into any program. bravo to the inventor (s).

    3 of the 5 moves will be hard for overweight and most of the larger individuals due to the extra bodyweight displacement… but this is a very nice program for intermediate to advanced trainees.. i will use some of these moves with my clients thanks and keep em comin…

    I got mine in gr 2, cause I swim, do all kinds of sports, and before I swim, I always work out a little, so about 50 sit ups everytime for gr 2. And now I’m enjoying them 😀

    yeaa.. same here.. believe or not, i got six packs when i was in grade 4 😀
    there was a fitness test which unclided sit ups.. and i like, sorta pused myself doin it and after that my guts hurt like hell.. the pain was there for abt a week.. after a week, walaaa… i was amazed myself..
    so yeah, sit ups are the easiest.. :)

    eat small meals every 3 hours. basically just dont be full. eat enough where your not hungry
