Question by Leo: What else can I do to get the abs?
I run every single day, I run 40 miles avg per week. I am 5’9 and weigh 130 pounds. I am doing core every single day I do 100-120 sit ups, 30 seconds planks, leg lifts, crunches. In total I think I work 15 min a day with core and I am a runner. Doing this, will I be able to get a sick pack in maybe two months? I am skinny but I want to get toned at least. What else can I do to boost my performance?

You cant rush these things, it takes time to develop 2-4 moths you will have seen an improvment, but dont forget to increase the intensity or level of difficulty

  1. You should be able to get it if you keep it up. But you should probably eat more meat to build up muscle
